Extreme environmental durability: We have supplied sealing components capable of withstanding ultra-high pressure (operating pressure up to 3, 000 psi, approximately 207 bar) to deep-sea production trees, utilizing a metal skeleton combined with a PTFE interlayer structure. These components achieved 30, 000 stable opening and closing cycles in a cyclic pressure testing regimen, with a leakage rate of less than 0.001 ml/min - representing an improvement of one order of magnitude over industry standards - ensuring smooth operation of low-temperature valves; We also design sealing gaskets for thermal pipelines capable of withstanding ultra-high temperatures (350°C), employing a graphite-composite PTFE manufacturing process; In continuous high-temperature aging tests, the compressive strength degradation rate was less than 8%, extending the service life to 2.5 times that of conventional graphite gaskets.
Backed by an in-house R&D laboratory: We operate a materials and finished product testing center spanning over 200 square meters, equipped with state-of-the-art instruments including a universal tensile testing machine, a high-and low-temperature impact testing chamber (-70°C to +400°C), a vulcanization curve analyzer, a fully automated medium immersion system, an optical microprofilometer, and a helium mass spectrometry leak detector. Finished products undergo comprehensive dimensional inspection, voltage burst testing, and simulated operating condition validation in accordance with ASTM/GB/DIN standards.
